This biomass gasification system has been successfully operating in a paper mill in Guangxi, China for over three years, demonstrating stable and reliable performance in continuous industrial steam supply.

The project includes two 20-ton biomass gasifiers, designed to meet the plant’s steam demand. The primary fuel used is eucalyptus bark, with a relatively high moisture content of 35–40%, which the system efficiently handles without compromising stability.

Throughout its operation, the system has maintained a consistent and stable steam output, ensuring uninterrupted production for the paper manufacturing process. This long-term successful operation highlights the system’s strong fuel adaptability, operational reliability, and suitability for large-scale industrial applications.
