This project is a textile printing and dyeing factory that faced increasing production costs due to rising natural gas prices. To improve energy efficiency and reduce operating expenses, the client decided to replace their existing natural gas boiler system with a biomass-based solution.
In the first year of implementation, we supplied and installed one 15-ton biomass gasification system designed specifically for industrial steam generation. The system was engineered to ensure stable steam output while fully meeting the continuous demand of the dyeing and finishing production lines.
The biomass fuel used in this project consists of locally available agricultural and forestry residues, enabling a more cost-effective and sustainable energy supply compared to natural gas.
After the system was put into operation, it has been running stably and reliably, successfully replacing natural gas as the primary energy source. As a result, the client achieved an average 30% reduction in overall energy costs, significantly improving their production competitiveness while also reducing carbon emissions.
This case demonstrates the strong economic and environmental advantages of biomass gasification technology in the textile industry, particularly in energy-intensive processes such as dyeing and finishing, where stable and continuous steam supply is critical.
