Product details Product Inquiry

After simple crushing and preprocessing, the biomass fuel is evenly metered by an automatic feeding system and conveyed via a belt conveyor to the side screw feeder of the burner, which pushes the fuel into the combustion chamber. The rotating furnace grate distributes the fuel evenly, forming a stable fuel bed supported on the grate.

Combustion air is supplied by a fan from beneath the grate. After undergoing pyrolysis and gasification, the biomass is combusted and the generated heat is delivered to the heat-consuming equipment. High-pressure air from the blower is injected into the furnace through numerous small nozzles on the rotating air distribution plate. The dispersed airflow converges to form an “air cushion,” suspending the fuel and bed material in a fluidized, boiling-like combustion state.

Under high-temperature conditions, the fuel and ash particles are lifted, collide, rub, and continuously break down from large pieces into smaller ones until complete burnout is achieved. This combustion method features a large contact area between air and fuel, high relative motion velocity, long residence time in the fluidized bed, fast combustion rate, high burnout efficiency, as well as energy-saving and environmentally friendly performance.

The combustion-supporting air is blown in from beneath the grate by a fan. After pyrolysis and gasification, the high-temperature flame is discharged through the burner nozzle into the boiler furnace. The generated flame and high-temperature flue gas transfer heat to the boiler through radiation and convection, being absorbed by the heating surfaces such as the furnace, smoke tubes, and economizer, thereby exchanging heat with the water inside the boiler to produce steam.
